Terms and Conditions of Use
This Terms and Conditions of Use document (“T&Cs”) sets forth the terms and conditions that Users must meet and agree to in order to use the application and/or website provided by us (“Services”) with all its features and functions, and the relationship between Users and PT Kita Lulus Internasional (“KitaLulus” or “We”) as the provider of the Services. Please read the T&Cs carefully as they will affect your rights and obligations under the law. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not use and/or register for the Services.
Several parties are involved in the use of the Services, each having rights and obligations to be fulfilled. These parties are:
- KitaLulus as the Service provider.
- Users of the Services ("Users" or "You"), including individuals seeking job information and/or applying for jobs ("Job Seekers") and individuals or business entities through their representatives looking for employees or workers on the Services ("Companies"), as well as individuals accessing the Services for other purposes.
General Terms for Users
By using the Services, you, as a User, declare that:
- You agree to be bound by the T&Cs set forth and the policies regarding updates to the T&Cs in the future. You are encouraged not to use and/or access the Services if you do not agree to be bound by these T&Cs or any updates.
- If you are a minor under the applicable laws, you must obtain guidance and supervision from a parent or guardian when using the Services.
- In the event of any conflict between these T&Cs and any contract you may have with KitaLulus, these Terms will prevail (unless otherwise stated).
a. Registration
- To register an account on the Services, Users must be 18 years of age or older.
- The data you enter for registration must be accurate and complete.
- You are allowed to register in your personal name or on behalf of the company where you are employed (if you have the authority) and are not allowed to register on behalf of another person or company.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data used to access your account.
- If you forget your account password, you can follow the steps provided on the Services to create a new password. If certain steps cannot be fulfilled, you will not be granted access to create a new password.
- If we have reason to believe that a security breach or misuse of your account by unauthorized parties may occur or has occurred, we may request that you change your password or suspend your account for security purposes.
b. Intellectual Property
- The application, website, social media accounts, and all services owned by KitaLulus are the exclusive property of KitaLulus or its licensors.
- KitaLulus and the Services are protected by copyright law, trademark law, and other intellectual property laws.
- Users may use and enjoy the services and the appearance of the Services. Users may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or use for commercial purposes any part of the Services without written permission from KitaLulus.
- Each User agrees not to use the Services in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others, including but not limited to:some text
- Printing, downloading, duplicating, transmitting, or copying, reproducing, redistributing, republishing, or using any personal information about other users without written permission or as otherwise stated in the T&Cs;
- Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Services;
- Creating accounts with someone else's identity, using company names without authorization, or uploading or modifying job listings without authorization;
- Accessing data not intended for you or entering servers or accounts not authorized for your access; and
- Engaging in any unauthorized activities that could cause material or immaterial harm to others.
- We do not claim ownership of content posted by Users on the Services, and you are free to share your content with others through media provided on the Services. However, we require certain legal permissions from Users (known as "licenses") to provide the Services. When you share, post, or upload content protected by intellectual property rights (such as photos or videos) on or in connection with our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, perform, copy, and publicly display that content. This license will end when your content is removed from our system.
- All content on the Services is stored in electronic form or printed in a single copy for personal and non-commercial use by Users, provided that Users maintain all intellectual property rights contained therein. Users may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or use for commercial purposes or against any content on the Services without written permission from us.
- By using the Services, Users (especially Companies) agree to grant a license for their trademarks and logos to KitaLulus as long as it is used for promotional purposes in a manner that does not violate the laws in Indonesia.
c. Use of the Services
- KitaLulus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Services solely for personal and/or professional purposes.
- The Services may be accessed by:
- Individuals seeking information about job vacancies and/or applying for jobs;
- Companies or job seekers looking for candidates for valid job vacancies;
- Individuals who are members or have an interest in joining the community available on the Services;
- Individuals wanting to access available educational materials on the Services;
- Anyone wishing to learn about the features available on the Services without intent to infringe upon KitaLulus’s Intellectual Property Rights.
- Your use of the Services is also subject to any other contract you may have with KitaLulus. If there is a conflict between these T&Cs and any contract you may have with KitaLulus, these Terms will apply (unless otherwise stated).
- By using the Services, you declare that you will not:some text
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others related to the Services;
- Share your login credentials with any third parties;
- Violate or attempt to violate the security systems of the Services;
- Use or create accounts without authorization;
- Ensure that all information is accurate, preventing misinformation, disinformation, or fake news from being spread through the Services;
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory actions, or use the Services in any manner not permitted by these T&Cs and/or applicable laws;
- Engage in hate speech and/or discriminatory actions based on ethnicity, race, religion, and intergroup relations;
- Be responsible for anything uploaded; and
- Agree to all terms in these T&Cs and KitaLulus's Privacy Policy.
- Users may not use the Services for the following purposes:some text
- Disseminating material that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, harmful, vulgar, indecent, or otherwise illegal;
- Combining, copying, or duplicating any content on the Services or information available on the Services, including expired job listings;
- Reproducing KitaLulus content for public use;
- Linking to content on the Services or any information available on the Services;
- Transmitting materials that encourage illegal behavior or violate laws or regulations;
- Disrupting or interfering with other users’ use or enjoyment of the Services;
- Creating, sending, or storing electronic copies of copyrighted materials without permission from the owner; or
- Reselling or transferring your rights or obligations under these T&Cs. Unauthorized commercial use of the Services is also prohibited.
- By using the Services, you agree not to:some text
- Send, post, distribute, store, or destroy materials, including but not limited to KitaLulus content on the Services, that violate applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information, or breach the Privacy Policy of the Services;
- Violate or attempt to violate the security of the Services;
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services;
- Combine, copy, or duplicate any KitaLulus content or information available from the Services, including expired job listings, except as permitted by these T&Cs;
- Post any content or materials that facilitate, promote, or support fraud, false or misleading information, or illegal activities, OR support or provide instructional information on illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, such as creating or purchasing illegal weapons, invading someone’s privacy, creating or providing computer viruses or pirated media, OR promoting or supporting any political views;
- Post any profiles, resumes, or job applications on behalf of another party;
- Share login credentials to the Services with third parties;
- Access data not intended for you or enter servers or accounts not authorized for your access;
- Post or submit any inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, false, outdated biographical information or information that is not yours;
- Post content that includes restricted access pages or password-only pages, or hidden pages or images;
- Request passwords or personal identification information from other Users;
- Remove or alter any materials posted by other individuals or entities;
- Harass, incite harassment, or advocate harassment of any group, company, or individual;
- Send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls, or send unsolicited faxes promoting and/or advertising products or services to any Users, or contact users who have explicitly requested not to be contacted by you;
- Attempt to disrupt the Services for Users, hosts, or networks, including, without limitation, through means such as sending viruses, "spam," "mailbombing," or "crashing" the Services;
- Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized activities, or post or transmit content, profiles, resumes, or job postings that are defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or racist;
- Use the Services for unauthorized collection of any personal information, including but not limited to job-seekers' resumes, personal profiles, and/or financial information;
- Use or create user accounts with the intention of harvesting personal information from the Services, scraping content, or violating the privacy or rights of other Users;
- Send, post, distribute, store, or destroy any materials that violate any laws, regulations, or rights of any third party, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information; or
- Use the Services to send, post, distribute, store, or destroy any materials that violate any laws, regulations, or rights of any third party, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information.
d. Availability of KitaLulus Services
- We aim to offer the best services to Users, but We do not promise that Our Services will meet all Users' needs.
- We cannot guarantee that the Services will be error-free, free of errors, or that the Services are free from viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If an error occurs on the Services, Users should report it through KitaLulus customer service via WhatsApp at 085880006500, and We will attempt to fix the error as soon as possible.
- User access to the Services may be occasionally restricted or interrupted to allow repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new features or services. We will try to restore access as soon as possible. However, We are not responsible for any disruption, suspension, or delay in Services.
e. Company
- The Company must fill in the Company's profile data requested in the Service completely and accurately.
- The Company is responsible for every job vacancy they post.
- KitaLulus will not unilaterally change the Company's job vacancy postings unless there has been a prior agreement.
- The Company is prohibited from charging fees to the job seeker during the recruitment process through this Service.
- The Company must maintain courtesy in communicating with all parties on the Service.
- Job vacancies posted by the Company must not contain discriminatory elements, fraud, or deception that harm Job Seekers and/or KitaLulus.
- Each job vacancy content posted by the Company must not contain:
- misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords, or keywords that are irrelevant to the displayed job vacancy;
- names, logos, or trademarks of unaffiliated companies;
- inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and
- materials or links to materials that are discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful.
- information that resembles or is the same as previously posted job vacancies that are still active.
- The Company is not allowed to:
- post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to laws related to labor and employment, equal employment opportunities and eligibility requirements, data privacy, access and use of data, and intellectual property;
- post job vacancies for physical placement abroad;
- without KitaLulus's permission, collaborate with Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Companies (P3MI) and post job vacancies to help P3MI in obtaining prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers;
- sell, promote, or advertise the Company's products or services unless there is another contract stating otherwise;
- post any franchise opportunities, pyramid schemes, distributorships, club memberships, sales agency or representative opportunities, business opportunities that require upfront or periodic payments, jobs without fixed wages (commission-based only), or multi-level marketing;
- promote any opportunity that does not represent a bona fide job;
- advertise sexual services or seek employees for sexual nature jobs;
- post job vacancies that do not exist or are not genuinely available at the time the job vacancy is posted;
- post job vacancies with misleading keywords or irrelevant to the job vacancy;
- send unsolicited letters, emails, phone calls, and/or faxes to other Users;
- post and/or manage job vacancies without the need to hire employees for that position within 30 calendar days since the job vacancy was posted; and;
- contact and/or shortlist more than 300 (three hundred) Job Seekers for each job vacancy advertisement.
- If there is any job vacancy that is indicated to violate the T&Cs, KitaLulus has the right to delete the job vacancy.
- KitaLulus can delete or deactivate the Company's account if deemed to have violated the applicable T&Cs.
- KitaLulus is not legally responsible for the inaccuracy of job vacancy information on the Service.
- You understand and acknowledge that if you delete your Company account or your Company account is terminated, all your account information contained in the Service, including saved Profiles and resumes, network contacts, and others, will be deleted from the Service database, unless otherwise stipulated in the T&Cs.
- You understand and agree that you may only advertise one job position per job advertisement posted. If you violate this obligation, we reserve the right to charge you in accordance with the number of job positions advertised in the relevant job advertisement.
- We reserve the right to reclassify a job advertisement if it is not placed in the correct classification.
- KitaLulus may from time to time provide features where the Company can request certain documents from Job Seekers applying to the Company. In the event that these features are available and the Company decides to use them, the Company declares and guarantees that it will safeguard every document belonging to Job Seekers as the Company safeguards its own confidential information, and is obliged to delete the documents belonging to Job Seekers at the request of the Job Seekers or KitaLulus.
- KitaLulus may request the Company to submit some documents from the Company for the purpose of verifying the validity of the Company. In this case, KitaLulus will store the Company's documents and will not disseminate the documents to any other party unless otherwise stipulated between KitaLulus and the Company or required by legally authorized parties.
- In the event the Company chooses to use the “Interview Invitation” feature or any other feature that allows the Company to schedule and invite Job Seekers for interviews, the Company is obligated to:
- Take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided and the legality of using such features.
- Ensure that any invitations sent to Candidates comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws related to electronic information and transactions and personal data protection laws.
- Refrain from using this feature to send unsolicited or repetitive messages to Job Seekers.
- Avoid including information that is unrelated to the recruitment and/or interview process.
- Refrain from sending messages that directly or indirectly encourage Job Seekers to use job portals other than KitaLulus or job portals used by the Company for internal recruitment purposes (not for other companies).
- Use language that is polite and customary in a professional context.
- Release KitaLulus from any claims of liability arising from the Company's use of such features.
f. Job Seekers
- KitaLulus hereby grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to access and use the Service solely for their personal use in seeking job opportunities for themselves and not for others. When Users register on the Service, they will be required to create an account and provide certain information to KitaLulus.
- All data in the User's profile must be accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. Users must not fill in the profile with information about other people.
- Users agree that they are fully responsible for the form, content, and accuracy of any data they provide in their account profile.
- KitaLulus reserves the right to offer third-party services and products to Users, and such offers may be made by the Service or by third parties.
- Users understand that all information they provide, including their profile data, resumes, and/or profile information, must and will be disclosed to Companies.
- Users are required to maintain courtesy in communicating with all parties on the Service.
- KitaLulus has the right to delete or deactivate the User's account and all their data after prolonged inactivity or if deemed to have violated the applicable T&Cs.
- Users may report job vacancies suspected of fraud by contacting KitaLulus customer service via WhatsApp at 085880006500.
- Job Seekers agree that to support the security of the Service for all Users, KitaLulus, upon specific request, may conduct background checks on Job Seekers, which may include verification of name and National Identification Number, address, date of birth, criminal record, and/or credit history.
- You understand and acknowledge that you do not have ownership rights over your account and that if you delete your account or your account is terminated, all your account information within the Service, including profiles, resumes, cover letters, and saved jobs, may be removed from the Service's database and may be deleted from any public areas of the Service. Third parties may retain copies of your stored information.
- KitaLulus has the right to delete your account and all your information after prolonged inactivity.
- KitaLulus may from time to time provide features that allow Job Seekers to upload their personal documents for assessment purposes by the Companies they apply to. If Job Seekers use this feature, KitaLulus will share the documents required by the Companies to assess whether the Job Seekers meet the job requirements for the positions they are applying for.
- Job Seekers may link their social media accounts to their Service account. If Job Seekers link their social media, KitaLulus has the right to store and display your public social media data and activity to other users through the Service.
- In the event a Job Seeker chooses to use the “Interview Invitation” feature or any other feature that allows the Job Seeker to receive scheduling and interviews by the Company, the Job Seeker is obligated to:
- To provide accurate and truthful information in all communications with the Client.
- To refrain from using this feature to send unsolicited or repetitive messages to the Company.
- To avoid sending information that is unrelated to the recruitment and/or interview process to the Company.
- To refrain from sending messages that violate applicable laws and regulations.
- To avoid sending messages that directly or indirectly encourage the Company to use job portals other than KitaLulus or job portals managed by the relevant Company.
- To use language that is polite and customary in a professional context.
- To understand that responding to an invitation does not guarantee employment or further engagement with the Client.
- To release KitaLulus from any claims of liability arising from the Job Seeker's use of such features.
g. Community
Users have the right to access, follow, and make posts on the Community feature available on the Service after agreeing to the T&Cs and the Service's Privacy Policy. The terms that must be adhered to while using the Community feature are as follows:
- Users are prohibited from making posts that infringe on others' intellectual property rights.
- Users are required to maintain courtesy in their communications within the Community.
- By posting in the Community, Users acknowledge and agree that their username and profile photo will be visible to users viewing the posts.
- In using the Community feature, discussions, questions, and/or polls containing elements of SARA (Tribe, Religion, Race, dan Between Different Groups), hate speech, provocative content, or any other elements that may disturb the order or comfort of other users and/or violate applicable laws are prohibited.
- Users are prohibited from disseminating misinformation or presenting information whose authenticity or accuracy is uncertain, which could potentially cause material or immaterial harm to any party.
- Users may report posts that are deemed inappropriate for uploading.
- Users may block other users who are rude, insulting, or engage in other unpleasant behaviors on posts and/or comments.
- Users are prohibited from posting repetitive comments or content (spam) in the community.
- Users are prohibited from impersonating others or creating accounts in the name of others for purposes that violate the T&Cs and/or mislead others.
- KitaLulus has the right to delete any content in the Community feature if KitaLulus deems it to be potentially harmful to Users and/or KitaLulus.
- KitaLulus has the right to delete posts without the creator's permission if deemed not compliant with Community guidelines.
- Users who violate these Community guidelines will receive warnings or penalties from KitaLulus, such as restrictions on accessing Community features or limitations on accessing the Service for a specified period or permanently.
h. KitaLulus Plus
KitaLulus Plus is a service focused on enhancing the knowledge and skills of Job Seekers. The main feature available to Job Seekers subscribing to KitaLulus Plus is the BelajarPro feature, with the following terms:some text
- All types of questions and exercises, whether paid or free, available on the Service are for use and utilization only within the Service.
- Users are not permitted to store and/or disseminate any questions or exercises found on the Service in any form.
- The purchase and cancellation of Learning Packages can be done following the steps provided on the Service.
- Purchased Learning Packages cannot be transferred to another account.
Job Seekers can subscribe to KitaLulus Plus to access premium features within the Service, including access to additional features such as CV creation tools and other features that provide specific information to make job searching more effective.
i. Misi Seru
- KitaLulus provides the Misi Seru service, which includes tasks and/or specific commands that Users can access and complete ("Missions"). Users who access and complete Missions are referred to as "Mission Warriors." Mission Warriors are entitled to rewards for each Mission they complete, provided they comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these T&Cs and any other terms specified by KitaLulus for the Missions ("Rewards").
- Rewards will only be paid to Mission Warriors who successfully complete the Mission according to the guidelines provided by KitaLulus.
- Mission Warriors are only permitted to complete Missions using social media accounts that are actively used and owned by the Mission Warriors and are publicly accessible (not in private mode).
- Phone numbers and/or emails used for the Mission should preferably be registered with KitaLulus to facilitate notification of the Mission status that the Mission Warrior has completed.
- After completing a Mission, Mission Warriors must submit proof of Mission completion through the KitaLulus application or other media provided by KitaLulus for Mission verification. KitaLulus will verify the submitted proof and will promptly inform the verification results via email to the Mission Warrior within 7 (seven) working days from the submission of the proof.
- If KitaLulus verifies that the Mission Warrior has successfully completed the Mission, the Mission Warrior can claim the Rewards by following all instructions provided by KitaLulus through email or the KitaLulus application.
- Rewards for Mission completion will be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days after the Mission Warrior has followed all claim or redemption instructions from KitaLulus. Transactional administrative fees will be borne by the Mission Warrior.
- KitaLulus is not responsible for failures or errors in the provision of Rewards caused by the Mission Warrior’s mistakes in filling out data related to the Rewards.
- If, within 2 (two) months from the notification of verification results, the Mission Warrior does not follow the instructions to claimthe Rewards, the Rewards for the completed Mission will expire.
- Mission Warriors may not participate in or complete the same Mission more than once, unless otherwise stated through other media related to Misi Seru.
- KitaLulus has the right to reject Missions that are suspected of containing spam or fraud. The decision to reject a Mission is solely at the discretion of KitaLulus.
- By participating in Misi Seru, Mission Warriors acknowledge and agree to all terms related to Misi Seru set by KitaLulus, whether on the KitaLulus website/application or other media related to Misi Seru.
- KitaLulus may change the terms related to Misi Seru at any time. Mission Warriors are advised to regularly check the terms related to Misi Seru to ensure they complete Missions in accordance with the applicable terms.
- KitaLulus's decisions regarding Misi Seru are final and cannot be contested.
- Mission Warriors can redeem Rewards in the ways specified by KitaLulus on the Service. The minimum redemption amount for Rewards is Rp50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah).
j. Purchases and Payments
- All purchases of any products available within the Service can only be paid through the payment methods and systems listed on the Service and/or as stipulated in these T&Cs.
- The price of products displayed on the Service may include discounts applicable under Indonesian tax regulations and/or other discounts required to be paid by KitaLulus and/or Users.
- If the displayed price of a product on the Service does not include the aforementioned discounts, a detailed price breakdown (including discounts) will be shown to users before payment.
- To avoid doubt, taxes and other deductions applied to the purchase of products on the Service are the responsibility of the User (if any).
- No refunds will be provided for any successfully purchased products available within the Service.
- KitaLulus may at any time implement an automatic renewal system for certain features, where the User’s subscription to a feature within the Service that has been purchased will be automatically extended each time the subscription period expires. Charges for the automatic renewal will be automatically billed to the User using the payment method used to purchase the Service. If the User's payment method does not have sufficient funds, the automatic renewal will be canceled.
- Users can cancel the automatic renewal of the servicesthey have purchased if they do not wish to extend their subscription.
- If an account on the Service is deleted, the subscription for all active features for that account will automatically be forfeited without any refund. Automatic renewals applied to services on that account will be cancelled.
- KitaLulus may at any time cancel any services purchased by the User. In the event of such cancellation, the User is entitled to a pro-rata refund of the amount paid to KitaLulus for the purchase of the service. To avoid doubt, the pro-rata refund mentioned in this clause is calculated as the number of months elapsed in the current service period divided by the total number of months in the service period, then multiplied by the total cost of the service. If the pro-rata calculation cannot be applied to certain services for any reason, KitaLulus will apply a fair refund calculation.
k. Third-Party Links
KitaLulus may include links to other websites (owned by third parties) on the Service or in personal communications with Users. We include links to other sites for purposes related to improving the quality of the Service, providing more comprehensive information about Companies, as informational references, and/or to fulfill KitaLulus's obligations to the owners of those sites. KitaLulus will analyze third-party links included on the Service or provided to Users to assess their security for Users; however, KitaLulus cannot guarantee that third-party links are completely safe or free from sensitive information.
Users are allowed to share third-party links within the Service, provided that the site is relevant to the User’s use of the Service and does not violate applicable laws or public decency. KitaLulus reserves the right to remove third-party link information shared by Users if it violates the terms set forth in these T&Cs.
l. Advertisements in the Service
- In connection with providing the Service for free to some Users, we will display advertisements within the Service to support us in continuing to provide and develop the Service.
- Advertisers generally set specific criteria for displaying their ads and specifically target ads only to Users who meet these criteria. Advertisers may use data they internally have related to your behavior patterns on the advertiser’s service, in accordance with terms you have previously agreed to, to determine ads relevant to you.
- We do not track or store data related to your behavior or interests outside the Service except as stated in these T&Cs and KitaLulus’s Privacy Policy.
- If you click and visit an ad displayed on the Service, you agree that the advertiser may receive certain data as described in KitaLulus’s Privacy Policy (specifically in the section “WITH WHOM YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED”).
- We may at any time provide reports to advertisers containing information about their ad performance to help advertisers understand how Users interact with the displayed ads.
m. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws currently in force in Indonesia. By using the Service, Users agree to be bound by the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
n. Indemnity
Users agree not to hold KitaLulus liable for any damages arising from or related to the use of the Service by the User or its content or the User's breach of the T&Cs, except as prohibited by applicable law. This indemnity will be in addition to all other User obligations under the T&Cs and will not limit other rights or legal remedies available to KitaLulus under the law.
o. Severability
The terms and conditions within these T&Cs shall be enforceable separately from each other, and the validity of one term and/or condition will not affect the validity of other terms that are not valid. In the event that any provision or part of these T&Cs is inconsistent with applicable law, invalid, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions will not be affected. Instead, the invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent provision will be replaced by one or more similar provisions that are lawful, valid, and enforceable under applicable law.
p. Updates to T&Cs
KitaLulus reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or change the T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review the T&Cs periodically. If at any point Users disagree with changes to the T&Cs of the Service, Users should cease using the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes made to these T&Cs.
